Mr. Ciotti draws from extensive corporate experience as owner and founder of a successful consulting firm, Maverick Group, Inc (MGI).

MGI was formed in 1994 and initially focused on consulting domestic and international investors on private equity & debt transactions. Mr. Ciotti led the firm to expand into corporate consulting, specializing in areas such as mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate technology solutions for domestic and global firms such as Targus Group International and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Ciotti's understanding of corporate finance, large scale project management and complex investment structuring has proven to be an asset to film production, financing and distribution strategy.
